We have in house production facilities for products used in power transmission such as Suspension insert, Spacer Clamp and Spacer Damper and other rubber items such as rubber sheets, rubber 0 ring, rubber pads, rubber gasket, rubber hoses, bushes used in varied industries.

Technology and Compound Design

We have in depth knowledge and vast experience for development and manufacturing of various rubber products of complicated specifications.

Rubber Technology specialization backed by in depth knowledge vast experience and in-house facilities is our key for development, and manufacturing of a wide spectrum of rubber products of complex geometry.

We specialize in Rubber Compound Design based on all commercially available rubber materials including Natural Rubber, SBR, EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile Rubber.

All our products conform to customer drawings, specifications and requirements.

Product Validation & Testing

The raw materials used in the manufacturing of our products are tested and verified in our laboratory.

• We have in house testing programs for product quality and performance. Apart from that we conduct the following tests,
  • Hardness Test
  • Tensile Test
  • Elongation Test Before and after ageing
• The compounds which we use in our product are tested and analyzed for hardness, heat loss, ash content, density test, viscosity.

Logistics and Supply Chain

We focus on timely delivery support, reducing inventory costs and assist our customers to maintain the required stock level. We have efficient inbound and outbound logistics system in place which focuses on increased productivity and quality.
