Today, we are the major approved supplier of Polychloroprene (Neoprene) based rubber moulded on Aluminium Inserts used in Transmission line hardware components and Steel Companies. These products are used as important components of Insulator and Conductor Fittings used on transmission Line / Sub – stations up to 800kv. Voltage level. They involve Suspension insert, spacer clamp and spacer damper.

Apart from moulded products on Aluminium Inserts, we also produce various types of Rubber Bushes, Rubber Gaskets, Oil Seals, Buckets, ‘O’ Rings, Rubber Hoses, Mountings, Rubber Gate Seal for Barrages, Dams, Lock Gates, and Rubber Impeller of C. I. Insert for submersible pump Acid and Alkali Tank and Pipe Lining used in various applications.

The rubberized Suspension Inserts in power transmission are used as "Armor Grip" for various types of Conductors which are designed to reduce the static and dynamic stresses at the conductor support point, so that the conductor is protected against the effects of the wind induced motion.

The Rubberized Spacer Clamp in Power Transmission is used in the assembly of “Amour Grip“ Spacer unit which is designed to maintain bundled conductors at their design configuration and to accommodate the mechanical force and movement arising from transit phenomena such as short circuit, ice drop and wind loading in the transmission line.
